  21. Here is a short description of what is in the archives. If you want,
  22. put them into an index file in Mint/Network/.

  27. Version 0.3 of MintNet -- a networking extension for Mint (using BSD
  28. sockets). This version supports the Unix and Internet domains.
  29. UDP/IP/ICMP/SLIP/PLIP work (tested). Contains a rather complete inet
  30. library and ifconfig, netstat, route utilities.

  32. inetd-01.tgz:

  34. Patchlevel 1 of the Internet Super Server ported to Mint+MintNet.
  35. Contains a patch for Mint 1.10, concerning Fselect().

  37. sinetd-00.tgz:

  39. Patchlevel 0 of a simple (one server only) inetd replacement for Mint+MintNet.
  40. You don't need it if you use inetd from inetd-01.tgz.

  44. Patchelvel 2 of a small library useful when porting Unix (especially BSD)
  45. software. Contains BSD sigvec stuff, a fork() emulation that works for
  46. `if (fork()) exit();' and some things more.

  50. Patchlevel 1 of Sun RPC 4.0 (Remote Procedure Calling Library and Utilities)
  51. ported to Mint+MintNet. Includes portmap, rpcinfo, rstat, rstatd, rpcgen,
  52. some examples and the complete RPC library.

  56. Patchlevel 0 of the tftp (trivial file transfer program) client program
  57. ported to Mint+MintNet.
